Store Policies

Pickup orders: Pickup orders will be held for 30 days after they are filled. If the order is not picked up during this period, the items will be reshelved, and no refund will be issued. 

Store Hours: Store hours are subject to change. Please check our Instagram account (@vettextcsu) for the latest updates on our store hours. 

Returns & exchanges: Clothing items may be returned/exchanged with tags and in new condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Special orders are not eligble for return/exchange, this includes: embroidered items, books, surgical items, and stethoscopes)
